How is Megatron a fighter jet even though he crash landed before the invention of jets?

So how is he a Fighter Jet even tho he crash landed thousands of years ago?
cuz he transforms into a jet. just like the others transformed into the cars they saw
I don’t think that jet is exactly human. I think it is an alien jet…of some sort.
Alien technology.
He transforms into his own version of a Cybertronian jet. It’s not an Earth jet. It is just him as he is. Out of vanity, he doesn’t transform into any Earth vehicles.
He’s not an Earth jet, he’s a Cybertronian spacecraft. Unlike most of the rest of the Transformers, he never scanned an Earth alternate mode.
its either that its something from there own planet that looks like a jet, or he adapted to what a jet looked like over the years cuz he’s megatron he could go where he wants and not care about if the humans see him and just use other machinery to adapt to the jets he’s seen
