It had cool animation, and a pretty nice backstory, even though it did contradict a little. I think Michael Bay did a very good job of recreating such a well respected series. The other movie was wonderful though. I also enjoyed how he made it current, with the Iraq war and Bush etc. It was stupid how they scan something and can transform into it, and the story could've been a little more true to the series.
