Is it true that Megan Fox will play Katniss in the Hunger Games movie?

Lionsgate is making a movie to the book “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins, and I heard that Megan Fox would play Katniss. Is this true?

    The movie in 2011 has been announced, but there has been no further information concerning casting. A lot of people would want to see Megan Fox as Katniss, which is, for me, totally stupid, because Megan FOx is nothing like Katniss.
