@ClintJohnHampton Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Japanese dubs for many a Transformers series have the dubious honor of being terrible, Beast Wars being the best example. The dub tries to tie in the story with the Michael Bay movies who knows why, it takes itself much less seriously, and cuts out more than three minutes off each episode for a comedy segment about a family spouting out Transformers trivia. Also Sari was never annoying. Still its a very pretty opening.
This Version looks like such a serious anime! I Bet in japan, they say really inapropriate things and do funnier shit, not to mention More emotional stress, certain scenes we dont get to see here in the us, and I Bet Sari Isnt So Annoying…

Hm…I’ve just realize that this OP, aside from being good, is also somewhat spoileriffic unless they changed the story ^_^

japanese openings are always 10 x better than the actual shows.
everything done in after 2000 in the united states has been hollow and lifeless, the 80′s american TF version was awesome, and the Japanese never loose their touch in intros, this intro as well as all the japanese TF intros have been epic and awesome.
to quote the nostalgia critic: ALL THESE GREAT CHARACTERS AND MORE YOU WILL NOT SEE UNTIL THE END OF SEASON 2 OR 3 AND A YEAR-LONG HIATUS.

wooow, it makes it look like this version of transformers is actually worthwhile
God…they took something awesome and made it even more awesome. Granted the Japanese series and dubs have been lacking, their intro’s like these are superb. Too bad certain things in this opening never happened in the actual series. x.x
