    Optimus Prime is the archetype of the perfect hero, translated into robotic form.

    Captain America, Doc Savage, Lone Ranger, Op Prime, Luke Skywalker, James Bond, Kind Arthur, etc. They are all the same basic charachter, just in diferent settings with diferent details.
