In the movie Optimus doesn’t say anything or knows anything about The Fallen or the Matrix. Isn’t he supposed to be one of the original Autobots made by Primus? Or the writers changed the story?

i saw transformers 2 but couldnt figure out which decepticon gives optimus prime powers towards d end of movie such that he could fly.
